Erste Group Procurement - News

Dear ALL,

Starting with 1 April 2022, Erste Group Procurement (EGP) will implement in their eSourcing tool (SMART by GEP) the multi-factor-authentication solution.

This means that you will have to log in to the eSourcing tool not only with your username and password, but you will also have an additional verification code which will be sent initially to your e-mail address.

Later on, you can select to receive the verification code via SMS on your mobile phone, by updating your "User Profile" in the system with your "Mobile Phone Number". Please check in (SMART by GEP) if the correct Mobile Phone Number was entered during your creation in the system.

User profile can be found in the right corner (see screenshot) Update your "Mobile Number" and your "Country Code" in those fields and save your changes (see screenshot)
